Returns Policy:
ALL RETURNS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO 30 DAYS TO HELP DURING CORONAVIRUS

If you not happy with your purchase, Items from Identity Apparel Clothing can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or alternatively you can exchange or receive a credit on your product within 30 days.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this time.

Please inspect your goods as soon as possible. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging & tags on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
